"We built our custom in 2020 in Coldstream, BC. KSV Mechanical was a major part of the build. From the initial work in the ground to the complex work needed throughout the house and most importantly in the mechanical room, KSV was super impressive. The workmanship, attention to detail and the feeling as the homeowner that things were being done right, gave me great comfort. My mechanical room is absolutely amazing. Every pipe is laid out perfectly and labeled. Everything is mounted to the wall securely and with all the latest materials. The room is so well laid out, that if there was ever to be an issue regarding water or gas, anybody including my wife would be able to quickly access which leavers or valves to shut things off. I found KSV very easy to discuss matters with, including changes. KSV was always very personable on the project and worked very well with the other trades. 1.5 years in, I have not had one issue with anything KSV worked on. I would highly recommend KSV."
